These cover the website. The terms of any actual work are in the estimate and contract you sign, and those are what govern the job.

What is on here
The information on this site describes the kind of work Redstar Electric does. It is not an estimate, a quote, or a commitment to a price or a schedule. Nothing here creates a contract.
Estimates and scope
Any figure or timeline for your job comes from a written estimate for that job, after somebody has looked at it. Conditions that cannot be seen in advance, ground conditions on underground work in particular, are handled through the exclusions written into that estimate.
Warranty
Redstar warrants its own workmanship for one year from the date the work is completed. The written estimate for your job states what that covers. Materials carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides.

We may update these terms. The date at the top moves when the text does.
