Normally a week to a month out depending on the week. Emergencies are handled differently, so say so when you ring. You get told honestly rather than booked into a slot that was never going to hold.
Bid
A written bid before the work
Every job beyond a service call gets a written estimate after somebody has looked at it. You know the scope and the schedule before anybody starts.
Work
Brandon runs it himself
The owner is on the job, not whoever was free that morning. If something else genuinely needs attention he will show you and explain it, and then it is your call.
After
A year on the work
Redstar warrants what it installs for a year. If it is not doing what it should inside that, it gets put right.
