What we collect.
Short version: if you send us a message, we get what you typed so we can call you back. The site also counts visits. That is the whole of it.

Information you give us
The contact form and the Book a visit panel ask for your name, phone number, town, what you need (a visit, a call, or an emergency), a preferred day and time if you have one, and a description of the work. We use it to get back to you about that work and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the business.
If you book through the calendar link, Google Calendar collects what you enter there under Google's own privacy policy, and we see the appointment you made.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, whether they tap the phone number, and whether they open the booking link. IP addresses are truncated before Google stores them. It sets cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block them in your browser and the site works the same.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP address and browser type. The map on the service-area pages loads tiles from Esri, which sees the request for those tiles.
Who handles it
Messages from the form are delivered to us by Resend, an email delivery service, and land in the office inbox. Vercel hosts the site. Google provides analytics and the booking calendar. Each of them processes the data only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as we may reasonably need them for the work and our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
