What commercial electrical in Tahlequah covers

  • Ground-up commercial construction
  • Multi-unit and duplex builds
  • Ball field and site lighting
  • Restaurant and retail build-outs
  • Tenant improvements
  • Service and maintenance contracts

Straight answer

The electrical is rarely what holds a build up. What holds it up is the inspection, and inspections fail on the things decided months earlier: service size, panel placement, whether the underground went in before the slab. Getting an electrician in at bid stage costs nothing and is the whole difference.

What a visit looks like

  1. Send the scope, the plans, or a description. Whatever you have is enough to start.
  2. We walk the site in person before a number goes on paper.
  3. You get a bid you can build a schedule on: scope, schedule, and the sequence with the other trades, all in writing.

What moves the price

  • Service size and the gear it takes. A ground-up build with switchgear is a different order of work from a tenant improvement.
  • Site work. Underground feeds, site lighting and trenching are priced on the distance they run.
  • Sequencing with the other trades. Work that has to happen before the slab or after the walls close changes the schedule.

The number itself comes from a written estimate after somebody has looked at the job. Ask on the phone and you get told what the call-out is before anybody drives.
